After having served his time with different government departments, he was posted to Panama as Vice President in charge of marketing and legal affairs for the Atlantic Development Inc., a Chinese controlled investment banking firm and land developer which pioneered the first Export Process Zone in Colon, Panama.
From 1994 to end of 2006, he was Director and Managing Partner of Gallup China, a member of the Gallup Consulting Group in the USA. His consulting experience relates to corporate strategy, corporate finance, execution, marketing, and business modeling of more than two hundred consulting and research projects, ranging from telecommunications, insurance, IT, auto industry, chain store management, logistics to packaged consumer goods.

Before joining the State Council of the Central Government of the PR China, she was a Head of Department with the Beijing City Government and her duties then included industrial reform, technological reform, reform in foreign trade and co-operation, pricing reform, industrial development and restructuring, and co-ordination of trade and industrial relations.
At the State Council, she became Deputy Director of the Committee for National Economic Reform, responsible for nation-wide integrated and trial reform of cities, the formulation of policies regarding income sharing and social welfare and protection reform, land policy reform and policy governing the property market, and the implementation of trial reform of State-owned enterprises in Beijing City. Concurrently, she was Deputy General Manager of China Life Insurance Corporation. During this period, her work impacted on various provincial governments and ministries like Finance, Land and Properties, Education, Medical and Health, Labour, Taxation, Commerce and Trade etc.
Presently, she is on the Board of the China Institute of Finance, China Institute of Insurance; Beijing Institute of Finance, China Institute of Land & Economy, China Institute of Land Surveying, China Research Institute for Residential Property Reform, China Foundation for the Youth. She is Vice President of the Beijing Association of Insurance and Consultant to the Harbin City Government for financial affairs.

Mr Gao has been until now the Vice President of China Chamber of Commerce for Petroleum Industry and Vice Chairman of Guangdong Petroleum Society. These highly acclaimed titles reflect his almost 40 years’ involvement in the oil industry in China, when he held senior level corporate positions, the more recent ones include: Director and General Manager of both China Everbright Petroleum (International) Ltd. and China Everbright Petroleum Exploitation & Investment Co., Ltd., Deputy General Manager of Investment Department of China Everbright Group, the Chief Chinese Representative for External Cooperation for the China National Oil & Gas Exploration and Development Corporation. Prior to these, Mr Gao has also served as Secretary to the ex-Minister of Energy.
Mr Gao’s expertise has been built on his solid experience in oil exploration, production, sales, procurement, import/export, capital markets and management of international oil companies.

Has served as the personal secretary to the Chairman of the China Association for the Handicapped - Mr Deng Po Fang (Mr Deng Xiao Ping’s eldest son), and secretary to the Governor of Hainan Province from 1985 to 1993.
Thereafter he had served at CEO and Board Chairman levels in a number of Tourism and Investment Management Companies in Hainan and Beijing. With the superior network and involvement with the government policy making circles, Mr Dong has also advised on the most senior levels for Investment and Securities businesses.

Senior Expert Consultant : Zhu Si Yi - Master in Business Administration (EMBA); Certified personnel by the Securities Commission of China
Mr Zhu has participated in the planning and coordinating work in the first feasibility study for the marketing of national bonds in China. He also advised a number of state-owned enterprises on their debt and equity fund raising, as well as bond issue.
He also managed and directed a number of securities and investment companies in China and was directly responsible for the IPO of more than 10 companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen.
Mr Zhu maintains long-term association and very good relationship with the financial and securities regulatory departments in China.
