He lectured in the Department of Economics at the University of Melbourne and in Corporate Financial Management in the Master in Applied Finance Programme at Macquarie University where he was also Deputy Director of its Centre for Applied Finance.
He was Vice President and Head of Risk Management of the Union Bank of Switzerland in Australia, and was in-charge of foreign exchange and money market operations for CSR Limited for seven years. Prior to that, he was ANZ’s Treasurer (Australia), Strategic Risk Management.
He has worked in Australia, Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, PR China, New Zealand, USA, Britain and France.
Currently, he is Chairman of three securitisation companies and a director of the Hammond Health Care Group.
Senior Expert Consultant : Peter Humphrey - Master in Applied Finance
An expert in financial engineering and systems. He spent some ten years with the Union Bank of Switzerland both in Sydney, Australia and in Singapore where he held senior management positions responsible for Treasury Management, Internal Risk Control and Information Technology.
He then became Executive Director of a boutique funds management company specializing in a leveraged, globally diversified, derivative based fund. He has also held executive directorships in two consulting companies specializing in financial engineering and systems.
